Taylor is absolutely hands down one of the best stylists I have ever been to, and I have been to many over the years. She's been my stylist for a few years now, and I just had to follow her over the river to her new salon. She has the sweetest personality and makes you feel like you are sitting in the chair of one of your close friends. She listens and asks all the right questions to make sure she is able to bring to life the vision you have for your hair. And if your vision does not preserve the integrity of your hair, she will be open and honest about that and help you come up with a plan to help you reach your hair goals one step at a time. She is so talented! I have always left her chair feeling more confident and beautiful than when I walked in. Of you're looking for a lifelong stylist, Taylor is hands down the best choice.

I had an amazing experience at The Refinery Hair Lounge! Melissa Scott gave me the most stunning purple and red color that blends perfectly and looks so vibrant. She also cut my hair beautifully —it’s new, flattering, and exactly what I wanted. The salon was clean and welcoming, and Melissa Scott made sure I felt comfortable the entire time!
